After this sailing course, you will have acquired the necessary experience as a crew sailor to perform correctly the basic manoeuvres of this sport. The knowledge acquired will allow the you the possibility of sailing in the company of an experienced sailor.

- Boat preparation and rigging
- Technical terms adopted in a sailboat
- Introduction to "Points of Sail"
- Maneuvers at the helm, (introduction to the nautical terms used)
- Introduction to Basic Navigation Rules (RIEAM / RRV)
Practical Aspects:
- Caring for safety - Safety aboard
- Basic boat rigging and knots
- Principles of the applicability of "Points of Sail" at the helm and sails
- Principles of maneuvers and technical terms adopted
- Notions of properly washing and storing material
